Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Global Supply Manager for Contract Manufacturing within the Data Center Infrastructure group. You will own relationships with contract manufacturers and ODMs that build our servers, racks, and accelerators, shaping commercial terms and ensuring delivery against forecasts and inventory commitments.

This hands-on role involves frequent collaboration with product and manufacturing engineers, supply chain, finance, and deployment teams.

Qualifications

10+ years in supply management or manufacturing with CM/ODM ownership.
Structured CM/ODM contracts: SOWs, pricing, SLAs, and inventory terms.
Own build plans, forecasts, and on-time delivery with partners.
Proficient in data: scorecards and using metrics to drive decisions.
Cross-functional leadership across engineering, finance and operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Structure and negotiate CM/ODM agreements including MSAs, SOWs, pricing and terms.
Design SLA/SLO framework and vendor scorecard; govern weekly reviews to QBRs.
Share demand forecasts and convert to capacity build plans.
Ensure builds align with deployment dates and protect volumes.
Verify billing against rates and NRE; resolve discrepancies.
Escalate issues with data; drive corrective actions.
Coordinate with product/engineering and deployment to stay aligned.
