Qualifications

• Has carried a hardware product from early builds through mass production at a contract manufacturer or ODM.
• Experience setting up or improving assembly and test processes with yield, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Uses structured manufacturing methods (DFM, FMEA, SPC, 8D) to translate failure data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware product from evaluation to mass production at an ODM/CM.
• Deliver engineering changes with minimal disruption in mass production.
• Lead cross-functional root-cause analyses on field failures and drive corrective action.
• Manage BOM/PLM updates and training during engineering changes.
• Bring manufacturing requirements and validation data into development phase reviews.
