Siemens Energy in Atlanta, GA seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US Data Center market across the Eastern Region. You will combine strategic development with hands-on account management to win new business and strengthen relationships with customers.

The role focuses on promoting our portfolio of power distribution, energy storage, grid connection, and onsite power generation solutions, while engaging senior stakeholders and traveling across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or key account management.
• Experience in data center, energy, or electrical infrastructure sectors.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex sales cycles.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across the US Eastern Region by pursuing new opportunities in data centers.
• Promote Siemens Energy's power distribution, energy storage, and onsite power solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor with consultative support and strategic account plans.
• Build executive relationships with customers, partners, integrators, and service providers.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, regional hubs to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent Siemens Energy at meetings, events, and partner engagements to expand opportunities.
