Allied Fire Protection in Austin, TX is seeking a Data Center Alarm Construction Technician who will install, test, and service fire alarm and life safety systems on major data center projects. The role requires traveling to multiple job sites nationwide and coordinating installation tasks.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with fire alarm systems, blueprints, NFPA codes, and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience installing fire alarm systems.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Texas Fire Alarm License required.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

Responsabilités

• Install, test, and service fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Lead and delegate tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and productivity on site.
• Complete required paperwork and submittals accurately and on time.
• Travel frequently within the U.S. (up to 80%) and supervise junior staff.
