Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Superintendent for a hyperscale data center project in Council Hill, OK. This senior role leads field operations, manages safety, schedule, budget, and staff, and fosters strong client and subcontractor relationships.

You will report to the top Project Manager and guide a team to deliver quality work on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required.
• GC experience is required.
• Data center construction experience preferred.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field forces on a hyperscale data center project.
• Maintain site safety per policy and manage quality.
• Develop and update project schedule and resource allocation.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Oversee daily construction to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure contract compliance and safety.
