Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, and/or fire suppression systems.
• Ability to bend or twist the body into unusual positions while working, and to work at heights and from ladders.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot complex data center facility equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment for 24/7 reliability.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal SLAs.
• Execute rack installs and decommissioning within internal SLAs.
• Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Create technical write-ups to support change management processes.
• Coordinate daily work requests and drive projects from conception to completion.
• Provide on-site support to contractors and vendors in line with established procedures and local regulations.
