Job summary

Meta seeks a Facility Project Manager to own planning and execution of a portfolio of physical infrastructure projects across a multi-building data center campus. You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, controls, and life-safety systems, serving as the primary site-level contact for retrofit initiatives and ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience in data center construction, critical facility operations, maintenance, or infrastructure planning.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and equipment drawings.
• Experience forecasting and managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of physical infrastructure projects across a multi-building data center campus, coordinating intake, sequencing, and schedule alignment.
• Develop and maintain project charters, WBS, resource-loaded schedules, and milestone tracking for retrofit projects.
• Serve as the primary site-level contact during retrofit concept development, design review, and execution phases.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Controls, and Commissioning teams for integrated delivery.
• Monitor risks related to schedule, budget, safety, and quality and implement mitigations.
• Track site retrofit activities using PM tools to align with global standards and constraints.
• Coordinate staffing planning to meet portfolio demand and ensure team capacity.
• Oversee commissioning by coordinating QA/QC resources and third-party K commissioning agents.
• Ensure complete turnover at project close with record drawings, manuals, and asset data.
• Partner with Sourcing Managers to support vendor contracts and contractor performance.
