Job summary

JLL is seeking a CriticalFacilities Manager for data center operations in Claude, TX. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our data center facilities, ensuring reliability, efficiency and security of the infrastructure.

Leading engineering teams, you will drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance while coordinating with IT for upgrades and expansions. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center operations and management.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with DCIM tools and BMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for critical infrastructure systems across data center facilities.
• Lead engineering teams in root cause analysis and preventive maintenance actions.
• Coordinate with IT teams to plan infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts for equipment and services.
• Analyze data center performance metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Supervise and mentor facilities team members.
• Participate in capacity planning and budgeting processes.
