You will oversee budgets, accounts payable, and service agreements while maintaining drawing records, space planning, and compliance with codes and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a Data Center environment.
• Experience with commercial facility and supporting system management.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and management.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 100% availability in colocated data center.
• Supervise Data Center Support Technicians and contractors.
• Manage environmental and power systems to ensure 100% uptime.
• Oversee budgets, accounts payable, and invoicing for the site.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support.
