Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction estimating, with data center or mission-critical exposure.
• Experience mentoring estimating staff.
• Strong command of estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, Destini or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating on data center / mission-critical projects from conceptual budgeting through GMP and bid submission.
• Manage and mentor a team of estimators.
• Partner with preconstruction, operations and business development on pursuit strategy and win rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, MEP trades and vendors for hyperscale/data center delivery.
