Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Engineering Technician to support mission-critical data center facilities in Berwick, PA.

The role focuses on electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting to sustain a high uptime in our global infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with diesel generators, UPS, PDUs, chillers, cooling towers, and building automation systems, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance.
• Able to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events within internal SLA.
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLA.
• PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Create technical documents to support change management.
