Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Data Center Operations professional to deploy end-to-end data center technologies, monitor alarms for data center equipment and MEP, and perform hardware installations and decommissions of servers and cabling. The role includes troubleshooting, SOP documentation, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 0–2 years of related experience, or an equivalent background

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field with 0–2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with data center operations, asset tracking and SOP documentation is a plus.
• Centene-sponsored emerging talent program is acceptable in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploys data center end-to-end technologies and tracks assets and cabling.
• Responds to incident tickets and alarms for data center equipment and MEP.
• Install, troubleshoot, and decommission enterprise servers and cabling.
• Maintain SOPs and support inventory control and vendor management.
• Schedule maintenance windows and ensure change management compliance.

Basic Mechanical Electrical aptitude

Fiber Tester experience

Education
