We are hiring a Datacenter Engineer to support the mission critical infrastructure that powers our markets, market data services and member connectivity responsible from all aspects of Cboe’s datacenter physical footprint. This is a hands‑on role responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all datacenter hardware, cabling, and supporting infrastructure across our colocation facilities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, organized, comfortable in datacenter settings, and eager to grow within a highly reliable, mission critical environment and experienced performing large‑scale MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) activities. You will collaborate regularly with Engineering, Operations, and NOC teams. Please note: Candidate selected for this role must be willing to work on site at our Secaucus, New Jersey Data Center.
This role will require you to be available for the following late shift schedule, which is subject to change. This is a rotating 2nd shift position, Monday through Saturday. The role follows a 4-day, 10-hour workday, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday. Standard 2nd shift hours are 3:00PM‑1:00AM. Additionally, this position includes Saturday as a normal workday with a day shift assignment on Saturdays, starting at 7:00AM depending upon if you work the front or back end of the weekly shift. US Holiday coverage may be required. Please note: The role may be eligible for a shift differential of 10% depending on the shift worked.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $93,500–$121,000, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location. This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe’s long‑term equity programs.
