Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Respond to alarms and incidents (power, cooling, environmental)
Support vendors during maintenance and repairs
Follow change management and safety procedures
Install, terminate, and test
Copper (Cat6/6a) and fiber (SM/MM) cabling
Perform cross-connects and patching in meet-me rooms
Rack and stack servers, switches, and network gear
Label and document all cabling and infrastructure
Troubleshoot physical connectivity issues
Perform remote hands support (reboots, swaps, visual checks)
Maintain inventory and asset tracking
Follow ticketing systems and SLAs
Assist with capacity planning and space utilization
