Willdan is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in data center, telecom, and cable sectors. You will build executive relationships, identify opportunities, and lead consultative sales for Willdan Energy Solutions’ offerings. You will manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.

The role requires 8-10 years in related roles, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel as needed. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.

Competenze

• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in consultative business development, strategic sales, account management, or related client-facing roles in mission critical environments.
• 5+ years of business development in mission-critical industries including data centers, telecom, and cable with HVAC, controls, and energy-conservation focus.
• Experience with executive-level engagement, complex sales pursuits, and revenue objectives.
• Ability to travel as needed.

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and achieve revenue objectives.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with executive-level decision-makers and strategic partners.
• Lead consultative sales engagements by identifying client needs and presenting Willdan energy solutions.

• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful delivery of client solutions.

• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for clients and promote exceptional service throughout the process.
• Mentor less experienced team members and promote a collaborative sales culture.
