Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) seeks an experienced Division 26 Electrical Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by building relationships with electrical and general contractors, data center developers, and project leaders.

The role requires expanding AIS’s workforce solutions for electrical construction projects, identifying opportunities early, and maintaining a robust pipeline. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and CRM skills are essential, with willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in electrical construction, electrical contracting, staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.
• Data center construction experience is highly preferred.
• Established relationships with electrical or general contractors are a major advantage.
• Proven history of generating new business and closing accounts.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into workforce requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for AIS's Division 26 workforce solutions.
• Identify and pursue new electrical construction customers and projects.
• Build relationships with electrical and general contractors, project executives, procurement teams, and managers.
• Prospect for new business via cold calling, email, networking, and events.
• Identify upcoming data center and electrical projects before labor needs arise.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and move opportunities through the process.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand scope, manpower, and schedules.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and workforce solutions; negotiate terms and close accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and pursue expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations to fulfill workforce requirements.
