Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing seeks a Construction Project Safety Manager for a large-scale data center build in Santa Teresa, NM. This leadership role oversees electrical installation, utility construction, and a team of field safety technicians, balancing hands-on field engagement with coordination at the management level.

You will drive safety performance, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and ensure NFPA 70E compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• NFPA 70E Training/Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Strong electrical construction safety experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Safety Manager for electrical and utility construction operations
• Provide daily leadership to field safety technicians
• Assign safety coverage and oversight of active work areas
• Mentor safety personnel and maintain safety expectations
• Maintain visible field presence with electrical crews and supervision
• Oversee electrical installation, utility, and infrastructure construction activities
• Monitor NFPA 70E compliance and electrical safety
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
