Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Electrical Quality Inspector in Overland Park, KS for a direct-hire, in-person, field-based role overseeing data-center and high-performance facility builds. You will inspect installations, verify NEC compliance, and coordinate corrective actions to protect project quality and schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years electrical construction experience, strong attention to detail, and comfort on active sites. Great benefits and large-scale projects await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC requirements.
• Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams.
• Experience with QA/QC on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical installations throughout the full construction lifecycle.
• Verify work against drawings, specifications, NEC, and client standards.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with field crews.
• Assist with and review electrical testing and confirm results meet project requirements.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports.
• Work with foremen, project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Help field teams hold production schedules without sacrificing quality.
