Amentum is seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Foreperson to join our Fort Wayne operations team. The role prioritizes client needs, ensures on-time completion, and manages documentation, training, and safety across multi-functional crews in a data center setting.

The position involves estimating, planning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with site engineering to meet electrical needs while enforcing safety standards and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 years’ electrical experience in data centers or similar environments.
• Experience supervising or managing subcontractors in technical settings.
• Ability to work at heights and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data center electrical systems and plans.
• Lead safety program and report on safety metrics.
• Review and approve time reporting; manage work orders.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians and client teams.
• Assist with root cause analysis and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and PPE requirements.
