Job summary

Salute Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in the United States to lead electrical design coordination for data center projects and complex infrastructure upgrades.

The role demands strong leadership, collaboration, and a track record in delivering high-quality electrical systems. Ideal candidates will hold a PE license in Electrical Engineering and have 10+ years of relevant experience, including data centers, utilities coordination, and multi-disciplinary project oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in electrical design and project engineering.
• Experience with data centers, critical facilities, or MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage systems, switchgear, UPS, and protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design coordination for new construction, retrofit, expansion, densification and upgrades.
• Review diagrams, layouts, calculations, and studies for technical validity.
• Provide oversight for switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, PDUs, grounding and lighting.
• Coordinate with Engineers of Record, vendors, contractors, utilities, and authorities.
• Mentor staff and help develop design-review standards and processes.
• Support permitting, commissioning planning, and field clarification activities.
