Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience, preferably in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Solid understanding of OSHA, ISO 45001, and US environmental laws; certifications preferred.
• Experience in risk assessments, mitigation plans, and incident response.
• Ability to develop, implement, and enforce EHS policies and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EHS programs for US data centers and coordinate across sites.
• Lead real-time response and incident resolution with teams and authorities.
• Conduct comprehensive EHS risk assessments and develop risk control plans.
• Develop and update EHS policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Foster a strong safety culture through daily operational integration.
