Job summary

Salute Inc. seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager for the Afton data center. You will lead on-site EHS programs, ensure OSHA/NFPA/EPA compliance, and partner with the client to align safety policies and prevent incidents.

Requirements include 3–5 years in safety leadership and a bachelor/associate degree in safety disciplines. Based in Afton, TX, you’ll earn $80,000–$95,000 annually with full benefits and a focus on proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in safety management, ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute site-specific safety plans aligning with OSHA/NFPA requirements.
• Experience creating Emergency Action Plans compliant with NFPA 1600 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and update site safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Lead safety training programs and establish site Safety Committee and Safety Champions.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with client EHS leadership to align safety programs and communications.
