Job summary

Black Box is seeking a Data Center EHS Specialist to drive safety across the largest data center project in the United States. You will lead from the front, applying PMO standards and overseeing every phase of the construction roadmap to deliver on schedule.

You’ll develop and enforce safety policies, conduct hazard analyses, and manage training, audits, and incident investigations on-site. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Develops, implements, and delivers safety training programs.
• Inspects facilities to identify hazards and verify corrective actions.
• Maintains safety documentation including audits, inspections, PTPS, JHAs and SDSs.
• Participates in accident investigations and supports hearings and insurance cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations using PMO standards, processes, and methodologies.
• Drive safety, excellence, and innovation on-site.
• Oversee every phase of the construction roadmap to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure flawless execution across project deliverables and timelines.
