Job summary

Galaxy Digital Inc. in Texas’ Helios data center campus seeks an EHS Engineer to lead technical safety programs, incident investigations, and training, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, EHS, and collaborating with operations and construction teams. You will develop site-level EHS programs, conduct JHAs and risk assessments, manage hazardous waste, maintain OSHA records, and provide guidance to EHS technicians, subcontractors, and new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent practical experience may be substituted.
• 3–5 years EHS experience in critical facility/industrial operations.
• Site-level compliance program and hands-on incident investigation experience.
• OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standards knowledge; OSHA 300 log proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical EHS resource for assigned work areas at the Helios data center campus.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-level EHS programs in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct JHAs, pre-task planning, and risk assessments across Galaxy work areas.
• Manage hazardous waste programs including labeling, manifesting, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations; develop corrective action plans and track to closure.
• Write incident investigation reports; communicate hazard findings to teams.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, subcontractors, and new hires.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping obligations (300/300A logs, 301 forms).
