Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse/datacenter support associate for Lancaster, PA. You will manage inventory, perform quality checks, and coordinate data-driven material movement to ensure accurate server rack installations.

You will load/unload freight, execute cycle counts, and use warehouse systems to process returns and replenishments. The role emphasizes safety, cross-training across datacenter departments, and strong customer interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and material condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks according to diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain work-area safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Interact with customers and on-site datacenter stakeholders and build positive working relationships.

Job description
