The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, and at least five years of experience in commercial construction. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential. The position requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in commercial construction practices.
• Ability to create and maintain project budgets using Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design, preconstruction, and construction activities.
• Establish and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate and level pricing proposals for design and construction services.
