Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Data Center Designer III to advance design of power, lighting, and related drawings for high-profile projects. You will lead REVIT modeling, perform energy calculations, and coordinate with architectural and mechanical teams to meet owner requirements.

Ideal candidates bring extensive REVIT experience, NFPA/code knowledge, and the ability to supervise other designers while delivering precise design documents on time.

Qualifications

• Some college or technical training in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Designer.
• Ability to obtain certification in energy, lighting, sustainability, commissioning, signal, grounding, etc.
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design various items in the Data Center using REVIT and prepare detailed layouts.
• Mark up branch circuit lighting and power plans and fill panel schedules with supervision.
• Perform energy code calculations and document local energy requirements.
• Lead coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other trades.
• Develop complete design documents with minimal supervision.
• Lead lighting design and control efforts per owner and RFP requirements.
