  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related commercial or technical field.
  • 5–10+ years of project management experience in construction, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of contact interfacing with client leadership, managing project teams, and reporting on project health, schedule, and budgets.
  • Facilitate kickoff, design review, and technical alignment workshops with cross-functional internal groups and external partners.
  • Build optimal design teams and coordinate design activities closely with procurement and construction phases to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver key project governance tools, including baseline scopes, schedules, risk logs, decision trackers, constructability reviews, and change control logs.
  • Draft, execute, and administer engineering and design contracts, managing scope amendments and contract change control processes.
  • Oversee construction administration services, publish progress reports and meeting minutes, manage third-party as-built design model updates, and maintain the building configuration tracking system through completion.
