AECOM is seeking a Deputy Design Manager I to support colocation and hyperscale data center projects from site due diligence through design, construction documents, and administration. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel and can be based from various US locations where AECOM has an office.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting project and design managers on data center projects within an A/E environment and is prepared to grow into the role as a backup Design

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years of related experience or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in A/E firms
• P.E. or Architecture License preferred

Responsabilidades

• Support the Design Manager in daily project coordination activities across disciplines
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, progressing toward independent ownership
• Capture accurate technical notes during interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate with discipline leads to confirm accuracy
• Attend client and stakeholder meetings and track key decisions, risks, and action items
• Proactively assist in tracking, managing, and communicating project changes internally and externally
• Grow into serving as backup to the Design Manager when required
