Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a seasoned data center deployment lead to own upfront technical readiness, reviews of BOMs and patching, and coordination across program management, engineering, and LV vendors. You will identify gaps and drive readiness before field deployment, ensuring timely capacity delivery.

You will work with multiple teams to manage scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies, while maintaining clear communication and effective vendor management throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center, telecommunications, or low-voltage deployments.
• 5+ years of structured cabling infrastructure experience and best practices.
• Ability to review and validate deployment documentation (BOMs, cut sheets, rack layouts).
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, and testing methodologies.
• Experience coordinating low-voltage vendors and contractors in complex deployments.
• Strong project-management, scheduling, and risk-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment readiness from planning to field handoff and capacity delivery.
• Partner with data center build, program managers, delivery, automation, and stakeholders to align scope and schedule.
• Translate project decisions and risks into guidance for field engineers.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple projects.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans to protect delivery dates.
• Escalate critical issues with impact assessment and recommended resolutions.
• Maintain timely communication on project status and changes.
