Job summary

Introl is seeking a Data Center Deployment Lead I to oversee small technician teams, drive daily output, and ensure quality on GPU cluster deployments. You will translate tasks into actionable steps, monitor progress, and resolve issues in real time, working within Introl installation standards and documentation.

The role requires experience in data center deployment, strong fiber/cabling knowledge, and fluent English to guide teams and communicate daily results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center deployment, infrastructure installation, or similar structured cabling environment.
• Strong knowledge of high-density network cabling, fiber routing, patching, cleaning, and testing.
• Familiarity with server rack architecture and GPU cluster deployments; ability to read data center design runbooks.
• Fluent English; proven ability to lead and report daily progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small technician team (DCT I–V) on a defined installation scope.
• Break tasks into clear, sequenced steps before work begins.
• Set daily work plans and drive output throughout the shift.
• Perform quality checks on all team work and correct issues in the field immediately.
• Ensure adherence to design documentation and Introl installation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area across the footprint.
• Report daily progress, blockers, and issues to the Sr. DCDL or Foreman.
• Address team performance issues directly and in real time.
