The role involves managing technical teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure safe, cost-effective operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center networks, hands-on leadership experience, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a data center technology role.
• 2+ years of TCP/IP networking, network cabling, fiber, optic types, and test equipment experience.
• 2+ years of management/team lead function experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams of technicians and engineers, providing technical and leadership guidance.
• Deliver capacity to existing Data Centers.
• Help build and bring online new Data Centers.
• Improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency.
• Liaise with external vendors & contractors and internal teams.
