Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in the United States, NC, Hamlet is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead a growing team delivering data center network infrastructure and cabling across the AWS global footprint.

You will drive project execution, mentor staff, and ensure delivery against budgets and SLAs. The role requires travel between data centers, strong TCP/IP networking knowledge, and a track record of building scalable deployment strategies in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management or team-lead experience.
• 4+ years in a data center technology role or in TCP/IP networking, fiber, test equipment.
• Willingness to travel between data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators; project management and documentation.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
• Oversee installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center.
• Train staff on best practices for service ownership issues.
• Oversee multiple projects and deliverables across teams.
• Document and enforce policies to meet SLAs and industry best practices.
• Provide weekly reports to the data center manager.
• Coordinate team resources for project delivery, including off-hours support.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and drive performance standards.
