Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking a seasoned Critical Operations Technician to support a Hillsboro data center campus. You will help operate chiller, electrical, and fire life safety systems, following standardized safety culture while minimizing outages.

You will monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions, track trends, and assist in preventive maintenance. Strong teamwork and customer service are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years’ experience in a data center or mission-critical operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in data centers (UPS, PDUs, chillers, CRAH/CRAC).
• Experience with NFPA standards and fire life safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems.
• Track and trend operational characteristics and provide feedback on standards.
• Help manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules with the site team.
• Assist with asset/inventory management and proper labeling of equipment.
• Provide day-to-day customer service and incident escalation support.
