Job summary

STACK Infrastructure seeks a dedicated Critical Operations Technician to support our Hillsboro data center campus. You will maintain and monitor electrical and mechanical systems, execute preventive maintenance, and respond to abnormal conditions to ensure uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data center operations, a solid grasp of electrical/mechanical infrastructure, and familiarity with NFPA standards, CMMS, and monitoring tools. On-site work in Hillsboro is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment (UPS, Transformers, PDUs, RPPs, Chillers, CRAH, CRAC, STS, ATS, Pre-action systems)
• Experience with data center monitoring and trending
• Familiarity with NFPA electrical and fire life safety standards

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems.
• Track and trend operational characteristics to improve efficiency.
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and asset inventory.
