CoreSite is seeking a Critical Operations Engineer I in Chicago, on the Night Shift (Tue–Sat, 10:00pm–6:30am). You will operate, monitor, and maintain critical data center systems, support uptime, and collaborate with teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater.
• 2-5 years of data center experience.
• Hands-on experience with large electrical and mechanical systems.
• Military experience with HVAC or Electrical training is a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot mission-critical systems to ensure uptime.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Document findings and manage work orders in CMMS.
