Job summary

Salute seeks a seasoned Critical Facility Manager to oversee electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems in our data centers. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with CFEs and vendors, and drive 100% uptime and client satisfaction across facilities.

Work is Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, HSA, gym discounts, and a 401(k) with employer match. The role requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two+ years’ experience in electrical systems, refrigeration and/or HVAC.
• Progressive, hands-on experience in critical, data center operations, maintenance, and engineering supporting complex critical facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center operations as SME; coordinate on-site critical facility operations.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, preventive and corrective actions for data center systems.
• Ensure 100% uptime and client satisfaction while adhering to the Salute Playbook.
