Qualifications

• 10+ years of working in data centers as a Critical Facility Engineer/Technician.
• 2–5 years of instructional experience teaching technical subjects.
• Ability to guide learners through structured troubleshooting scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for Critical Facilities Technicians/Engineers.
• Facilitate hands-on lab exercises and enforce safety practices.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain student records.

Skills

Technical proficiency in electrical systems

Strong technical background

Excellent communication skills

Experience with SCADA and BMS

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
