Job summary

Perscholashires is seeking an Instructional Assistant for their National Training Team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on assisting the lead instructor in providing training for Critical Facilities Technicians. Candidates should have a solid technical background in Electrical systems and instruction skills.

This position requires a passion for education and the ability to interact with adult learners effectively. Compensation is set at an hourly rate of $21/hr, with positions expected to last between 3-6 months.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of working in data centers as a Critical Facility Engineer/Technician.
• Experience teaching adult learners in structured training environments preferred.
• Ability to respond clearly to live digital conversations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Critical Facility Instructor in delivering instructor-led training.
• Assist in teaching foundational and intermediate technical concepts.
• Maintain and update Salesforce and/or our LMS with student performance notes.
