Job summary

EVERON Data Centers is seeking an Assistant Critical Facilities Manager to oversee data center operations for 24x7 uptime. You will support the CFM in building a skilled team of technicians, manage power, cooling, and environmental conditions, and ensure safety and reliability across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 3–5+ years in mission-critical environments.
• Minimum 1 year direct management of non-exempt, shift-based employees.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a colocation data center environment (preferred).
• Experience establishing a new colocation data center or data hall (preferred).
• Technical schooling with emphasis on mission-critical ops, high-performance manufacturing, or military ops (US Navy a plus, preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFM in managing operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, equipment, and systems.
• Help build a staff of CFTs with required skills for 100% uptime.
• Manage power and cooling capacity and monitor environmental conditions.
• Provide on-call support and respond to data center emergencies 24x7.
• Assist in coordinating construction and commissioning and transition to operations.
