Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a large-scale data center construction program in the South Atlanta metro area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or commercial projects and promote Turner & Townsend's purpose and values.

Responsibilities include advising on strategies, managing vendor prequalification, developing cost estimates, cost reporting, and post-contract close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience on medium to large construction projects.
• RICS accreditation or pursuing it is valuable.
• Experience supporting cost management on large-scale projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise client on strategies, manage prequalification of vendors, assess proposals, bids and bid leveling documents.
• Develop project estimates for construction, fees and direct costs; review estimates by junior team members.
• Establish cost reporting schedules; review cost reports and forecasts with the client; maintain a commercial risk register.
