Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate should possess strong cost management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a cost management role within the construction industry.
• RICS accreditation or working toward certification is valuable.
• Experience with medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably data center-related.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategies and manage prequalification of vendors.
• Develop project estimates and manage cost reporting.
• Support cost control processes and manage invoicing.
