Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager for a major data center construction program in Fayetteville, NC. The role requires acting as the client interface for cost management, leading change control, and ensuring governance across the project lifecycle.

You will oversee cost planning, estimating, validation of contractor data, and mentoring team members, with monthly cost reporting and closeout support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls on medium to large-scale construction programs.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting; Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client interface for cost management on a large-scale data center program.
• Lead change management processes and evaluate/negotiate change orders.
• Ensure commercial governance throughout the construction lifecycle.
