DigitalOcean seeks a Datacenter Cooling Engineering lead to design, deploy, and monitor next-generation cooling infrastructure across high-density datacenter environments. You will serve as the primary SME for cooling topics, drive standards, and partner with Infra teams to ensure facility readiness as the footprint grows.

The role requires hands-on experience with liquid cooling, chillers, and associated hardware, with a focus on scalable, reliable cooling solutions in mission-critical settings.

Formación

• Technical degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating cooling infrastructure at scale.
• In-depth understanding of facility cooling technologies and thermal monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for all cooling-related engineering topics at DigitalOcean.
• Lead design, deployment, and monitoring of next-generation cooling infrastructure.
• Develop standards and practices for datacenter facilities.
• Coordinate with operations and vendors on system design and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot failures and drive continuous improvement.
