Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends) depending on project location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Document and follow up on important next steps from meetings.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Procure parts and materials for follow-up work as needed.
• Maintain and update project reporting daily.
