Job summary

CPG is seeking a Project Manager, Construction I, to lead multiple data center projects in Tempe, AZ. You will guide design, procurement, scheduling, and oversight of field operations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with all engineering standards and customer requirements.

The role requires significant construction management experience, coordination with design-build contractors, and a focus on cost control, safety, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent, with related field experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects; data center exposure preferred.
• CSA/MEP construction management knowledge is required; additional related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• RFP development and budgeting.
• Pre-bid oversight and coordination.
• Managing all design phases and documents.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain monthly reports.
• Oversee RFI and Submittal Review Process.
• Manage Change Order Process with Owner and Subcontractors.
• Safety standards enforcement; OSHA 30 Hour preferred.
