Job summary

Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager for data center construction projects. The role involves leading commissioning activities, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring systems are tested, validated, and handed over.

A base salary in the range of $120,000 to $160,000 is offered, with per diem, a company car, and ESOP participation. Travel is 100% full-time to project sites.

Qualifications

• Proven commissioning experience in construction/engineering industries.
• Data center experience not required; strongly encouraged from other technically complex sectors.
• Strong understanding of commissioning, testing, start-up, validation, and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules and documentation.
• Oversee commissioning of mechanical, electrical, controls, and building systems.
• Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against milestones and address risks or delays.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and drive handover to operations.
