Job summary

STRM Recruiting is seeking a Superintendent – Data Center Construction to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects in the Salt Lake City area. The role requires strong experience managing subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish.

You will partner with the Project Manager to develop master and look-ahead schedules, coordinate procurement, review plans, and ensure work complies with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Data Center construction experience.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and travel to project sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to develop procedures, staffing plans, and sequencing.
• Partner with the Project Manager to develop the master schedule and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings prior to mobilization and plan procurement.
• Supervise field personnel and coordinate subcontractors across project phases.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all codes and company standards.
