Actalent in Nashville, TN is seeking a Scheduler to support large-scale construction programs, including data center facilities. You will develop and maintain schedules, coordinating with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, identifying risks, and producing updates for leadership. This role blends office work with field site visits and requires travel across multiple project locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, construction sequencing, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Partner with project teams to track progress, identify risks, and develop solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate project status and improve construction sequencing.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports for project leadership.
• Support Pull Planning, Lean construction initiatives, and project pursuit activities.
• Collaborate with operations, project controls, and business development teams to support successful project delivery.
