Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction QA/QC Support professional to oversee QA/QC processes on our data center construction projects in Arizona. You will work with the project team to ensure on-site execution aligns with project parameters, safety standards, and quality specifications from start to finish.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations stakeholders; lead audits, track non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement using formal methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or quality management with 5+ years on data center projects.
• Proficient in QA/QC processes, audits, and contractor certifications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC procedures and inspection/test plans.
• Lead audits and report non-conformances with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedule and budget.
• Promote safety and quality culture on site.
• Train staff on QA/QC processes and tools.
